I'm accepting a limited number of founding members to work with me at introductory rates before standard pricing goes into effect.

These questions are designed to determine if this container is
the best fit. The questions themselves often provide insight and validation—many therapists find the process meaningful even before we connect.

This questionnaire takes 20-25 minutes to complete thoughtfully. Once submitted, I'll review it within 2-3 business days and reach out to schedule a complimentary clarity call.
